Latoya is a former member of the US Navy and now a student at Edward Waters University, which is on the list of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). 
She is a devoted mother and member of the Eastern Star.
Latoya has a newly launched apparel company called Be Unity (beunityapparel).

She is starting this Emotional Wellness Blog about mental abuse and traumatic events she’s experienced throughout her life hoping that it will help her heal and help others who have experienced the same type of trauma.

She will be focusing on these specific topics:

Abuse Support Networking
