People who are dealing with mental health issues often have a therapist to get them to a better place. Although therapy is extremely helpful, there are other methods of improving mental health. Using therapy and other things in combination can become a strong way to regain a part of your balance.

If you learn to value and take care of yourself, learn how to better deal with stress, and give of yourself as a help to others, you can begin to turn your life around.
